What made me start the design journey
My journey into UX began on the other side of the screen, as a user. I used a website to learn the software I would later use in my first job. But its cluttered pages, scattered information, and confusing navigation made it difficult to learn from. Finding my way through the website was a daily challenge.
When it was redesigned, the difference went beyond its appearance. Information was organized more clearly, navigation became easier, and the visual design felt more cohesive. I experienced how thoughtful design could do more than make a website look better; it could make learning easier. I wanted to understand the decisions behind that change.
Today, I bring that curiosity and 3+ years of cross-disciplinary design experience to enterprise AI products for Johnson & Johnson. I translate complex requirements into workflows, establish reusable design patterns, and collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders through implementation. My involvement extends beyond the prototype: I test end-to-end experiences, identify usability gaps, and work with the team to resolve them before release. I connect design decisions to product goals, helping teams prioritize what matters and make thoughtful trade-offs without losing sight of users.
What began as curiosity about a better tool now shapes how I work. I look beyond the interface to understand what gets in people’s way, work through constraints, and take ownership of making the experience better.
